The app itself is nice, but once my kids stopped using it, I wasn't able to unsubscribe! The process was extremely confusing (I was directed to go to the website rather than directly from the app) and even then, I was charged the next month. I sent a request to customer service and got a reply after several days asking me why I wanted to cancel. (Still didn't cancel.) I replied to that email immediately but was again charged. I sent another email, but no response, and I've been charged again!

I bought 1 yr subscription on May 2026. Downloaded it in my tv, app opens but couldn't open any series. if Search option use precise episode opens. I contacted Muslim tv team, Victoria wrote me back, they are trying. So far nothing happened. plus the app stop running in my Samsung tv. I tried to chrome cast from my phone. Now can't access all episodes from phone app. I contacted them for solution, no answer. Then ask for refund as I cant use the app, no answer.

I have subscribed through Google Play. Google Play tells me to open app to confirm plan, when I open, the app does not confirm and keeps telling me that I don't have an active subscription and to restore purchase. Please fix this bug. Thank you.
